Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-5 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; please check the product description for specific processing times.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or delays due to supply or weather issues, we’ll notify you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: [3–7 business days]

    • Expedited Shipping: [if requested only, at higher cost, 2–3 business days]

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

3. Shipping Carriers

We use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx (occasionally).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Hazel & Ruby is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage.
We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue or send a replacement when possible.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
We hope to expand this in the future!
