We ship to virtually every address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We primarily ship UPS, UPS International, and USPS. If you have a shipping account number we are more than happy to use your number.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and size based.

Hazel & Ruby accepts all major credit cards including Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Visa. Pay Pal is also available. If you are a store and desire terms, please request a credit application.
Updating Account Information
If you have had a change in name, address, phone number, or email address, please email your new information to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update your account.
